SARAH EAVES: A HISTORICAL NOTE |
As far as is known there is no picture of Sarah Eaves,
A rare books' librarian from Birmingham states that
Sarah did use the name Baskerville after their marriage
and the books bore this imprint. She knows of someone who
owns Sarah's Bible and this has the name Sarah Baskerville
in it. Jo, Dan and Josiah Ruston were Sarah's brothers -
Josiah being one of the executors of John's will.
Jonathon Ruston was her father, apparently, as Jo, Dan
and Josiah were his sons.
